The RICS Level 1 Condition Report is an entry-level report and is generally suitable for;
- conventional houses, flats or bungalows, and
- built from common building materials, and
- are relatively new (typically up to 5 years old), and
- in reasonable condition, and
- which have not been significantly altered or extended
The Home Survey Level 1 Condition Report does not include advice on repairs or ongoing maintenance and it does not include a valuation.
