We will agree all necessary arrangements the the occupier beforehand and will carry out the survey if all parties agree.  The occupants and surveyor must have shown no symptoms within 14 days prior to the survey.  Our surveyors are fully vaccinated and carry all necessary PPE and will use these at all times.  External areas will usually be done first, you are free to stay in the property if required.

For the internal areas, occupants should leave the property if possible.  If you must stay in, we will work on different storeys at all times. The house must be well-ventilated before and during the survey (e.g. by opening doors and windows).

If any occupant is elderly or vulnerable, we will agree before the survey all necessary measures to ensure their safety, and will be happy to defer our visit until suitable measures can be arranged.
